I have several years experience as a mortgage professional, loan officer and processor in Conventional, FHA/VA and Non-Conforming lending. I have helped a wide range of clients to obtain financing including first-time home buyers with little or not so good credit to the most sophisticated real estate investors. Personal Statement
I have the greatest job in the world. Discovering available financing options to lower a family's monthly house payment and save them thousands of dollars in interest or consolidating their debt and getting them the cash they need for a home improvement project or vacation is the most rewarding thing I could think of doing for a living. My enjoyment comes from finding ways to make buying your first home, dream home or investment property a reality.
Hobbies
A lot of folks in the greater Kalamazoo area know me as Mister 300 because of my knack for stringing twelve strikes together on the lanes. I was inducted into the Kalamazoo Bowling Hall of Fame in 2006, but you may be assured, I take my career in home financing every bit as passionately. I enjoy my family, golf, skiing and guitar as well in my free time. I am a little league and bowling coach and a member of the Michigan Mortgage Broker's Association and the Kalamazoo Rotary Club.
